The Animal Welfare (Breeding of Dogs) (Wales) Regulations 2014

LICENCE TO KEEP A BREEDING ESTABLISHMENT FOR DOGS

THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF being the local authority for the purposes of the above regulations HEREBY LICENCE being the occupier of premises known as within the area of the said authority to KEEP A BREEDING ESTABLISHMENT FOR DOGS at those premises subject to the conditions endorsed hereon.

CONDITIONS SUBJECT TO WHICH THE ABOVE LICENCE IS GRANTED

Maximum of dogs and a maximum of puppies at any one time to be kept under the terms of the licence.
Maximum of litters at any one time.
Minimum staff requirement of full-time attendants and/or part-time attendants, with a staff to adult dog ratio of full-time attendant to adult dogs kept.
The local authority must be notified of any changes to your breeding register or kennelling and be able to view these areas for inspection.
